Dana K. was a member of Filthy Gorgeous for many seasons, but last year Rachel poached her to the Butchers and watched as her former team changed their name and walked off with sports biggest prize, the BTSH Championship.
But on Brian Sullivan Sunday the Butchers and Dana turned the tables and beat Filthy 4-3. And Dana got sweet revenge by scoring the game winning goal.

Dana isn’t the only one who scored a game winning goal yesterday. Well of course she’s not, there’s 9 other people that did. But none of them were as clutch as Heather,
who scored not only the GWG, but her first career goal with just under 6 minutes left. Karma and the Butchers are the surprise teams of the season, with their 4-1 records.
Hopefully this victory for Karma was legit, unlike the one they stole vs. the Anklebiters by using Jamie instead of the free agent goalie list. They did play the Gremlins yesterday so there is an 85% chance Jamie played for the Gremlins instead of Karma.

It’s the age old question, Let Newman Play, or Never Newman?

For the past 16-years or maybe 16-months, The BTSH Universe has been split down the middle. It’s a league divided. The #NeverNewman crowd wants Newmie dead (too far? Not far enough they say!) The #LetNewmanPlay crowd wants, nay, demands the Newman Division comes back! Sunday was a victory for the #LetNewmanPlay Sleeveless Millenials as Newman not only played, but played very well, giving up only 1 late goal and helping his team get the W. He even got an assist.

Newman was minutes away from getting his first ever BTSH shutout.

While former champs like Adriano, Kamen, Gabe, Gil would like the newbies to get off their lawn, heroes like Probert, Ling, D’Angelo, Denis are telling the old guard to suck it. OK, Denis is part of the old guard but we need to recognize someone.

And just look at that women’s leaderboard. Yeah you have the ol’ reliable’s Cherie and Ryann sneaking in, but Alyssa and Sheena are leading the way for the new guard. And girls like The Drake (Walsh hates the Drake), CF Brittany from the Lbs., Sarah “The Female Nurse” Hobart, and the beautiful Rachel “Bella” Nabatz are right behind the leaders.
