Fresh Kills is one of the most veteran-laden and experienced teams in the league.  However, in recent years, they have grown tired of playing hockey and have begun to pursue other interests.  Rather than taking part in any winter scrimmages or practices, the entire team banded together to open a small Mexican restaurant in the Upper West Side, named Olmec’s Cantina.  The kitchen staff is led by head chef, Scott Townsend, who brings more than seven years of culinary experience to the eatery.  Shouts of “Scott!” can often be heard throughout the restaurant, as head waiter Jeff Lesser collects his orders.  Bartender Shane-O DeBlasio specializes in over fifteen margaritas, but highly recommends the Pabst Blue Ribbon.  As is the case with most UWS hotspots, the line to enter is always long, but Heidi “The Maple Leaf Muscle” Karst guards the door from all unsavory characters.  Once one gets past the gruff doorwoman, he or she is pleasantly greeted by the welcoming smile of host Kevin “Tiny” Foster.  The restaurant has received a four star rating from Zagat’s and is available for catering.

Rapper They Closely Resemble: Public Enemy.  Very few can claim more experience than these guys, and they always manage to squeeze into the limelight, despite their ever increasing ages.  Main figure is known only by his first name and last initial (Chuck D/Bob W).
Fast Fact: Alicia Walker once drove from Louisville, KY to Des Moines, IA in eight hours.
