Franchise Four- Dark Rainbows
It’s been a strange journey for the Rainbows. A veteran team that won the ultimate prize in 2007, the last year before The Modern Era (2008-2015). They remained competitive for awhile, and now have settled down nicely as the fun team. I guess its true, Bernstein = Fun!
Three out of the four were easy calls for us in the media, but much like any tiebreaker the Rainbows are in, it will be settled with a coin flip involving the Great, Luisa. (click on Luisa’s name) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yC1U0ztzQ2s&feature=youtu.be
1) Jesus
2- John N.
Much like Kamen on the Demons, John doesn’t say much, just scores a lot of goals. They also have black hair. I don’t know why I’m mentioning Kamen, but I do feel he got screwed with not making it to the Demons Franchise 4 so hopefully this gives Jeff some closure. As for John, he will never read this but if you ever come out of retirement…look me up.3- Sean R.
He’s been a key player, a ref, a captain and most importantly, he agreed to bring back $h0wT!m3 back to the league a few years ago. Unfortunately, Hector got injured playing goalie and has never played again. But Sean has really done a great job with the Rainbows. It looked like they were going to disband a few years ago. The only girl they had was that baby that sleeps in the tent in between the courts. But now the Rainbows are one of the funnest teams in the league (according to Tia’s Facebook page).
4- Josh Wilson (of course)
In truth, he was everyone’s #1. Josh has been a ref, a very good underrated player and one of the few Rainbows to show himself at the bar before the Demon Invasion. Josh made sure to get to know everyone on every team. Or at least most players on mine. He’s a future HOFer, no doubt.
Honorable Mentions:
First off, F U John Walker.
So who do we give the Rainbows Honorable Mention to? Can’t be Luisa, she’s an Elf 4 Lyfe. It could be the Demon Invasion but then Bernstein would feel left out. So we are going to give the HM to the baby in the tent (she has to be a teenager by now, no?), and the Prestigious (Yet Imaginary and Now Dead) Fairy Tale Cup.
