The fact that the Hookers’ uniforms are the same color as beloved McDonald’s character Grimace got me thinking….is Grimace the reason that the Hookers chose purple as their team color, so many moons ago?  Are they big fans of Grimace?  Do they have fond childhood memories of McDonald’s birthday parties where Grimace made a guest appearance?  Do the Hookers’ players all eat a lot of McDonald’s, currently?

If the Hookers all show up sluggish from eating a ton of McDonald’s in the last week, the Rainbows may just have a shot at pulling off what would be a huge upset in this opening round match-up.

I am kidding – the Hookers would win this one if they all ate 3 combo meals each, 10 minutes before the game, while huffing paint.  Sorry, Rainbows.
