*** Maire and Christina

Yeah...my photoshopping skills are Not 3 Stars worthy. However Christina from the Demons and Maire of the Gremlins are. I typically don't reward shootout goals but these two girls deserve exceptions. Christina scored her third (THIRD!!!) shootout goal this year. That's Ariel-worthy. Meanwhile, 11 people shot in the Gremlins/Riots shootout and 11 people missed, until Maire put home the game-winner. So maybe Happy Jamie will get a star for stopping all six shootout attempts??

** It’s Walsh

Hey Walsh...it's Richie. You just got the 2nd star of the week! In between watching Little House on the Prairie, the Waltons and Car 64 Where are You?, Rob Walsh gets his cardio done. With only 4 male players Walsh Iron Manned (or James P.) it by playing defense for the full 50 minutes. He also scored the game winning goal on a pass that even the lovely Julie would be impressed with.

* The BTSH Refs (especially Hopper, $h0wT!m3, and Aaron F.)

This league would not run without the efforts of few...and those few are the refs. $h0wT!m3 was not scheduled to ref, but because I made a clerical error we were short a ref. I asked $h0wT!m3 to ref and unlike some people he followed the word "no" with problem. No problem. A-Aron answered my desperate call as well to step up to ensure the last game of the night had refs. And though Dan Hopper was grieving over Joan Rivers untimely death, he was still willing to nix the Steelers (Stealers to some) game to ref if need be. Thanks Alok guys...you make BTSH run.

In case you didn’t know, the NFL is on, which means many people stop reffing.  Props to all that reffed but I’m not finding pictures for all of you volunteering bastards.
$h0wT!m3 was not scheduled to ref, but because I made a clerical error we were short a ref.  The Legend was just chilling when I hurriedly asked him if he could ref and the Future Hall of Famer does what he always does…helps out. (PS., my follow through’s weren’t high and that’s why you are sharing the first star and not getting it alone)
After getting no bites from the 3 mass emails and many private messages I sent, A-Aron answered my desperate call on Facebook to ensure the last game of the night had refs.
And though Dan Hopper was grieving over Joan Rivers untimely death, he was still willing to nix the Steelers (Stealers to some) game on DVR at his home to ref if need be.  As for the other person in the picture Joan Rivers, she’s an icon, but kinda more eligible for the Not 3 Star this week, if you know what I mean. Too soon? I say not soon enough.
