What do you do for a living?

Bartendering/Restauranteuring

Where are you from originally?

Hamilton, Ontario: Canada’s ninth-largest city, home of Martin Short, Eugene Levy, the Tiger-Cats, and Canada’s failing steel industry.

You walk into a bar.  What do you order from the bartender?

Club Soda with Lemon. Addition of Angostura Bitters on “cheat” days.

What’s on your DVR right now?

John Oliver, Jeopardy, Louie, Mad Men

The world’s ending tomorrow.  What are you having for your last meal?

Salt-baked squid and roast baby pig at Great New York Noodletown. And lots of tea.

What websites do you visit most frequently?

kissingsuzykolber, The New Yorker, Uni Watch, football365.com (British soccer), xhamster.com

What’s the most frequently played song on your iPod?

Recently? “Pepe Lopez” by Action Bronson…but mostly podcasts: WTF, The Champs, Juan Epstein

Dogs or cats?

Not to hedge, but I love both equally

What was the best concert of your life?

De La Soul, Toronto 2003. Perfect. Even the glitches were perfect.

What’s your all time favorite book and why?

Fast Times at Ridgemont High by Cameron Crowe. Used to read it every spring; got me so psyched for summer vacation!

Who’s your biggest celebrity crush?

Probably Nicki Minaj. Beyoncé is a close second, but just in her videos, not courtside.

What’s the last movie you saw in the theatre?

Palo Alto. 3.5 out of 5.

If you had the chance to punch one person in the face, who would it be?

My fifth grade teacher, Mr. Patti. What an ass.

Who is your favorite teammate?

Olivier Brassard. Funny guy. Great player.

Who is your favorite goalie to score on?

Craig, because it’s so hard to do and he’s so gracious.

How do you spend your Sundays when not at BTSH?

Pay-what-you-want Sundays at the Frick, bike rides, Vietnamese food.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

The L Train

What’s one thing that only a select few know about you?

That I’m Canadian…oh, and that I also have an Irish passport.

What advice would you give to a BTSH rookie?

Be nice, get to know players on other teams, have fun, pass to women

Albert Brooks, Tupac, MLK, Julius Caesar, Freud
